Will rent again in the near future. Will recomend that others who want to knit a simple jacket get this video. It is good for beginners who are just learning about shaping in knitting.
I really enjoyed the video a great deal. It was very informative and added tips that I will be able to learn from. Instructions were extremely easy to follow and I would highly recommend this video to anyone who was inquiring about it.
If you tried knitting Elizabeth Zimmerman's Baby Surprise Jacket without success, this DVD is for you. I tried knitting two Baby Surprise Jacket before I rented this DVD and I always got stuck at some point, even with the help of charted row-by row instructions I found online. After watching this DVD I successfully completed a gorgeous Baby Surprise Jacket. Meg Swansen is an excellent instructor who takes you through each step of the jacket. Her instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I also like the extras that is on the DVD, (i.e., doing a collar, bonnet, making an adult size jacket)
