Good video. It's straight forward and shows the basics without a lot of BS mixed in. They do try to hawk some products at the very end, but not during the instructional section, and to be fair, even in doing so, they're offering ideas to people new to compettition. This is worth watching if you're interested in doing CMP matches.

The information was helpful particularly the exercises for standing shooting. More information on practice shooting would improve the material but overall I found the information helpful.

I wasn't real impressed with the video even though the man in it has an impressive record. I guess I just expected something more or something else.

I think the problem for myself and the other reviewers is that marksmanship is an art. It must be practiced to perfection and you'll never get close to that by watching a master. You have to go do it.

Interesting video and a glimpse of a champion shooter, but I didn't gain much from the video. It was worth the rental fee.
