This tutorial DVD is excellent for the absolute beginner. I've rented all but the last DVD in the series and I recommend them all.
Good basic introduction. If you new to milling or using a cnc router for complex carving. This video would be a good first step about workholding. Donny
There's good stuff in here! It opened my eyes to optional uses of things I already own. It also chased me out to get three feet of 10-32 threaded rod I can cut to the lengths I need.
$10 well spent.
This DVD gives a good, overview of the mill, operating techniques and basic tools needed to do any work.
I was surprised that it was so short. For the amount of money I though it could be longer. The copy that I received had audio drop outs, also it skipped parts of the safety lesson. There were some other parts that would not play.
There were several good ideas shown, and I did pick up a few things. I'll have to see some other videos before I recommend it to my friends.

For anyone who wants to get a good intro into a mini-mill, this is for you.
The clamping/fixtures part is also very good.
I don't think its for folks who already know mills, this is a first time video.
For those of us who are new to the concepts, this was a very well presented. The explanations were clear.
For me, a video that has both HOW and WHY are key, this was one of those.
I thought it was great. I knew most of it but it was a good refresher, and for someone new it would be really enlightening. I do wish however it was a little longer, because there was quite a bit of chit chat that took up valuable important information space. Other that that it was a good CD.

Great video for the beginning machinist! Only problem was the DVD had scratches, but it played!
Good basic information on safe and secure clamping procedures and tools. For a novice like me it was very helpful to see the correct way to use the clamping fixtures and blocks that I have. I now feel more confident that I am doing things the right way.
Great for the very beginning mini mill user. Only a few good hints for the more experienced home machinist.
Great for someone just starting. Real easy to follow and understand. This is first class and I am going to get the rest that this fellow offers.
