Title needs to be our favorite flies for fishing "Out West." I'm in the East, so a number of patters don't apply. Many do, so I still enjoyed watching. Video quality is good, and DVD has menuing so you can easily jump around. Tying demos were very clear, and I did pick up a few good pointers. Good watch!!
This video shows many different flies and how to fish them. It was fun watching the guys on the video catch the nice fish. However, I was thinking this video was more on fly tying than watching people fly fish. There were three flies tied in the video, and being new at fly tying, I picked up some great tips. If you are looking for a video on fly tying, you may want to rent something else. If you want a video on how to fish flies, this one may interest you. Because of the photo, I assumed this video was more about fly tying than it was.
