The Glock model 27 is the .40 caliber version of Glock's mini-frame handguns. The model 26 is 9mm, model 29 is 10mm, and the model 30 is the .45 caliber. All of these guns are cut down versions of the original Glock designs that were first introduced into the United States in 1982. Because of their small size, the Mini-Glocks do require practice and more attention to the fundamentals. This program is a complete guide to the operation, shooting, cleaning, disassembly, and reassembly of the Mini-Glock handguns. Learn shooting tips and techniques, self-defense shooting, concealed carry, one-handed point shooting, cleaning, and maintenance... everything you need to own & operate the Mini-Glock.

Overall a great video.
Quips: 1. Lenny Magill is [eccentric]. 2. Video feels a little thrown together.
Good things: 1. Glock takedown is articulately described, clear, easy to follow. 2. Lenny Magill is likeable and explains ideas very clearly, throughout video. 3. I was able to use a lot of his suggestions on concealed carry and point-shooting.
Definitely worth the rental.
Mastering the Mini Glock is a very informative video and Lenny Magill is a fine instructor. It covers shooting the mini Glock for self defense from a holstered gun in many ways. The only point that I feel Lenny failed to stress strongly enough is to be sure not to shoot your support hand when doing the quick draw and fire. The video covers disassembly and reassembly of the entire Glock in "very" step-by-step detail. I recommend this video. A+
1st rate DVD! I am now not afraid to disassemble my Glock 27. The dvd shows very clearly the 'how-to's' of this process. Also very informative on the use of a self-defense weapon. Highly recommended for all Glock owners.

The main reason I rented this video was for the "mechanical" part of the gun. For the 70 + minutes, that part was only about 10 minutes. The rest of the hour was spent on the basics of shooting a gun...any gun. It didn't really pertain to the Mini Glock. Not that this is bad, if you really need to know some basic shooting drills or if you need to know how to get more skillful at shooting. It did give a good review of the break-down of the Mini Glock.
This was the first video I have rented. I like the service and highly recommend it. The video was good too.
I have this DVD rented currently and am impressed with it. As a new Glock 27 owner I was curious about all the topics discussed in the video and have learned more than I expected. Mr. Magill is very passionate about the small Glocks and how to best handle them in a variety of situations. I have not fired the new gun yet and feel better prepared to do so after viewing this DVD.
Excellent video, a bit of overlap w/ his other Glock vids, but great refresher info nontheless.
