These videos are not as flashy as the Glassman videos but are full of good solid information.
The only downwide is that they are heavily biased towards the 'Select Products' brand of materials. Just keep in mind that comparable products can be found online and possibly local to you.
the guy has some great products and I learned a lot. But, it just covers the use of his products not "regular" fiberglass work/repair.
This dvd is more of basics and a lot of "blah, blah, blah"...but it explains step by step more then the gcf videos. Not as good as the gcf.
Very good for a beginner. For a person with any experience in fiberglass in this area should skip this video.
This would have been better if you could have seen it done in a real vehicle.
AMAZING! This is the best video I have ever seen in this category! A must rent if you're a beginner. SEE THIS FIRST BEFORE ANYTHING!
This DVD is OK if you are into manufacturer propaganda. Informative for beginner if you plan on using products from this company.
I've rented part 1&2 of the fiberglassing, and it was definitely a learning experience. I'm in the process of starting my second project which consists of sub-woofers in an enclosure for a wagon. These videos have tons of information for the beginner as well as the pro's.
You can not go wrong by renting these videos, researching via these materials opens your eyes to fiberglassing even if you don't have an interest.I guess you just can't fathom doing something like this until you watch the videos.
Once again, excellent videos. My only thing is i've been told to use a respirator but I figured if I'm outside, I have enough ventilation, and didn't see the instructor with one; I guess 'to each his own'.
This video was extremely helpful in demystifying the wonderful world of fiberglass. I recommend this highly.
I also recommend NOT wearing shorts while sanding fiberglass projects. Don't ask how I know ...
Pretty good video, went a little fast and glimpsed over some details but all in all a great source of information
I thought this was an interesting DVD that showed very basic fiberglass techniques. Good production quality and very informative. Looking forward to Part 2...
