Definition: Paper Piecing: Sometimes referred to as foundation piecing consists of sewing patches of fabric to the reverse side of a paper template by following a numerical sequence. You sew the fabric right onto the paper. It's an amazing technique! Many people are confused about this process. We go the extra mile to clarify the misconception that this procedure is difficult. We show you how to cut your fabric for proper grain direction to give your block stability. We demonstrate some awesome tips and techniques that will give you a basic foundation you can apply to all future projects.
