Extremely slow with info. Too much verbiage and lacking examples of process.
She teaches an excellent class. Very clear in her explanations of how to do this type of painting.
I have a Masters and PhD degrees in Polymer Chemistry and Fine Arts. I teach paintings on the Pro-Bono basis free of charge to children in ages ranging from 5 to 14. My preference is realism. This is the most difficult type of painting because it requires real talent and it take a long time to paint. Among these techniques are the ones that entails "luminosity" which is the most time consuming in oil painting, but the most rewarding. The Masters used these techniques almost exclusively. There are very few artists that cultivate these techniques. Mrs. Jane Jone is one of the rare ones and her techniques are talked in many Universities. Her DVDs are excellent instruments to learn luminosity.
