This was a pleasant video. You can see how much Richard adores Nancy. It's basically a slide show of her work. They speak a little about her paint etc.... I was disappointed because I thought it was a learning video not and interview video. She is a nice person, and her work reflects that fact. If you are wanting an instruction video, this is not it.
A wonderful slide show of Nancy Guzik's work over the years. It is enjoyable to relax with a cup of tea and view her many paintings. She is a very talented artist. Occasional comments from Richard (my painting idol) and an interview with his wife. Sit back and enjoy!
She shows no dates whatsoever on any of her pictures in either. She appears to lean toward her husband's painting style instead of her own. They mostly look like "Mrs. Richard Schmidt." The dvd is certainly not instructional and her husband leads her through with questions as she appears to be somewhat naive. Also in the biog. she declines to give much personal background info. Overall it seems obvious that he is using his name to help her in the art world.
An After noon with Nancy was delightful and her work is really special. I enjoyed this video very much. So much I think I will order it one day.
