The goal of this modified running contact training method is to achieve both speed and accuracy on the contact obstacles, while at the same time reducing stress on the dog's body. The dog stops just off the contact obstacle on the ground.

I had just read her article in Clean Run and was happy to be able to rent this for a few days so I could better understand the whole process. I thought it was to the point, easy to understand, and the video showed the important aspects. I would recommend it to someone looking to try something between 2O2O and a running contact.
