Great foundation work with step by step instruction.
Nicely done video with detailed simple, easy methods that work. Greg Derrett concisely delivers his handling system on this video which covers front cross, rear cross, threadle pull throughs and push throughs, serpentines, and start line stays as well as drive building. Lots of exercises that are great for all levels of handlers wanting to improve their handling communication skills with their dogs.
This video is excellent. We have two dogs in agility training, both of whom profited from instruction we gave them after watching Greg Darrett training his dogs.
I enjoyed this DVD very much. I'm an aspiring agility instructor and I felt the tips that Greg gave in this DVD would be helpful to all. It was well organized. The only problem was that I had wished he could have demonstrated some of the skills with non Border Collies - dogs that aren't so wonderful at agility.
This is an excellent DVD - clear instructions, entertaining, and helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to learn to be a better agility handler.
this video has a good explanation of the basics of his system - I rented it for the directionals and it helped.
This would have been great to have when I first started to train my dog for agility. He is considered one of the very best & I can see why. Would recommend to anyone for solid foundation work.
