This is the new DVD with Roy McAlister and Steve Harris. They go through all of the INTERESTING parts of their book that really needed a whole chapter for themselves. Do you know what methane hydrates are? Where they are? How are these a VERY BIG part of our energy future even in a Solar Hydrogen Economy. Ever see a 90% efficient engine? Steve and Roy go over it in EXPLICIT DETAIL in the DVD. Its a combination of an IC engine and fuel cells, and its over 90% efficient and it can be done with existing technology today.

It was more generalized than I had hoped for. Roy McAlister is very knowledgable on the subject of hydrogen. I was looking for an application oriented DVD and this discusses the civilization if the industrial, corporate government would decide in favor of logical future world, not one based on world domination where the rich get richer and the rest of us get poorer. The ideas expressed in this DVD are logical and based on sound principles. Perhaps some of the other DVD's from Knowledge Publications will be more application oriented. (how do we do it kind of thing)
As far as the video goes. I admire Roy Macalister to no end. He needs to assume,however, that the rest of us are not Harvard educated. He needs to do another video with this in mind and focus on the actual CONSTRUCTION and TUNING of these devises. I have been building Electrolyzers for almost 2 years now, and after watching all the videos, still have no idea how to build and acquire materials for a PEM Fuel Cell!!! Also, when is he going to break down a solar Stirling, like the one in the youtube video he made with Mr. Harris?? MIKE
