The disclaimer at the start of the video says it all "this video is for entertainment purposes only"...while there are some nuggets, most of this video is general info, unusable info, or just out and out wrong info. The best info comes in disc 3 where they actually do some flow bench testing and show the points at which larger valves do not add to port flow (CFM) numbers.
