Advanced Audio instructional video builds on an established foundation of basic audio instructional video, and explains insert points, line outs, effects returns, microphones, compression, gating, and effects units.

I thouhgt this DVD was great. They did a good job of clearing up a lot of mysteries for me realtive to the board and it's many options. I watched this dvd a few times and kept on getting more information from it useful for my understanding of producing good sound and for recording purposes. I'd highly recommend this dvd to anyone even remotely interested in gaining some insight to sound reproduction.
Entertaining and informative. Most of the subject matter is for complete novices and the "advanced" is a little too brief. The best feature is the ability to hear the audio differences as the techniques and features are demonstrated. If this were a 10 disc DVD set, it might have more "instructional" value.
