The video looks dated, but the info in it is timeless. I learned a ton about openings and pawn formations. It's so much easier to learn about chess through video than a book. I'd recommend this video for anyone starting out in chess, or who's gotten good at beating their friends and wants to take their game to the next level.
It's fairly well organized, as well. Lots of chapter points to take you to specific subjects.
Valuable information. Recommended for intermediate chess players.
