Spent WAY too much time showing the marbalizing setup with the blue fine line tape. At least he made one mistake and showed a method for correcting it. This technical display video is more a "show off" of talent than a video to TEACH someone to perform this technique.
Oustanding Dvd. This guy has proven in every dvd of cheap tricks how talented he is. Very nice dvd!
Not much of a learning tool - more of a show to plug his stuff. Very basic on the clear coating. If you are looking for detail, you should not waste your time with this one. If I have to hear "The Great", "The Famous" So-and-so one more time, I think I will take up playing with clay.
Quick, broad, and too general. It has some good points, but doesn't go into detail for the guy who needs tricks of the trade. It doesn't go into much detail as to what causes orange peel or how to avoid it, it only states what pressure to use with a specific gun and a specific product. This video was way to broad. Not enough specifics on the process of clear coating.
The dvd was very informative and had alot of good advise for anyone try to fiqure out how to clearcoat anything. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the paint industry.
