A very good introduction to the Pose Method for anyone who loves to run, but are tired of all the injuries, aches and pains that come with the sport. Dr. Romanov's premise is that the propulsive force to running is provided by gravity, NOT the voluntary muscular contractions of the legs. One merely uses the hamstrings to lift the foot under the hips, thereby changing support, and to keep the force of gravity propelling the body forward.

The production values are excellent. Be aware however, though the concepts of POSE are simply, they are not simply to perform.
