These videos give a good idea of what is involved with PDR. A lot of information is better suited for people with little auto knowledge, regarding removing panels for access, trim removal, etc. If you have an automotive background, you will already know most of this info. It just begins to touch on the PDR process itself, but gives you some exercises and techniques to start practicing. I would recommend this video if you want to learn more about PDR, especially if you are new to the auto world.
