This tutorial is great for getting you up and running. You should know in advance that there is a coupon for using the hosting service they use for the tutorial. They take you step by step through the process of setting up your domain, file transfer, ... I was already using another service, but did OK just calling their support. Also be aware that it uses an older version of Photoshop than CS3 -- ie. has Image Ready to use for roll overs. Again, if you have CS3, but Dreamweaver MX 2004, you just use the Save for WEB feature for each slice.
