This first volume of the Encyclopedia of Kettlebell Lifting is well worth a look. I just started with a 16 kg (35 lbs) kettlebell and this set of simple swings was just what I needed to get started.

Now that I've started, I found those proverbial muscles in places I didn't know I had. It's a great workout that combines strenght training and aerobics, and it's economical of time.

While KB exercises are easy to do, you need to know how to do them just right, or you could wrack yourself up. This video will show you how.
