Shiatsu has been around for 100's of years and it is here to stay. This video will explain the basics behind the theory and go into depth of the techniques that can be used. All the techniques are performed on a low table, but they can be performed on the floor as well. These techniques can be used in a regular massage treatment to enhance the benefits of the treatment. They can also be incorporated into a chair massage or a table massage if the client does not feel comfortable disrobing. This style is for people that don't totally understand Asian medicine and you can incorporate it into your treatments.
