The video contains a lot of pertinant information and was worth viewing.
Nice overview of the 10/22. The information about 10/22 magazines alone was worth the rental.
Good disassembly and assembly video of the Ruger 10/22.
I'm not a fan of the narrator though. He's pretty dry and I have a hard time watching him. Unfortunately he's featured on several other videos. He obviously know his craft, but isn't a people person.
Even with that, this video does document the 10/22 well. I was able to disassemble the 10/22 trigger unit and , even more amazingly, reassemble it after installing several new parts.
I gave it a 5 star rating in spite of the narrator.
Good video. Concise and to the point. Gives you all the information you need to service a 10/22 or even to do some upgrades. Worth renting.
Very helpful in providing a mechanically impaired individual with the guidance needed to successfully and completely disassemble and reassemble my 10/22. After 40 years it needed it.
I was hoping for more information on how to really look into the condition of the weapon - lots of "issues" were mentioned (poor ejection, poor ammo feed, etc), but very little information on how to correct those issues, or, even what specifically to look for. Poor camera work and an overall "superficial" feel drove my rating. If this is what I can expect from an AGI video, I think I'm going to pass from now on.
This covers this firearm very well. As with all the AGI dvds that I have viewed it is well put together and gives a solid basis for maintenance, repair and upgrade of the Ruger 10/22.
