I had started to disassemble my SAVAGE Auto 5 prior to receiving the Gunsmithing DVD; I am sure glad I waited for the removal of the bolt, link assembly due to The Instructors generous and detailed mentorship which I watched 7 times. I was easily able to take apart the entire firearm within 30 - 40 minutes and reassemble. After a thorough cleaning, de-greasing and hand polishing all the parts; I ordered on line a new action spring, locking screws and reassembled in less than an hour (once parts arrived in 4 days). However after watching the dissasemble/reassemble instructions once again I realized I had one small spring left over. This time in only 20 minutes I had reinstalled the spring under the dog ear and final reassembly was a breeze. I would highly recommend this DVD 5 stars! Please be advised this is excellent for the amateur do it yourself gunsmith. Thank you I look forward to future rentals. JM
