This is a must for CAS shooters. Evil Roy does a good job of explaining equipment, but the best part is probably the drills. You will need to have a timer to measure improvement, but the drills, both live and dry fire really make this video worthwhile. If you shoot CAS and want to become competitive this video is definitely for you.
This is a great DVD very informative - Evil Roy teaches many of the techniques that could take years to learn - Get your pencil and paper ready, this is filled with tips.

This video was very informative,I got a lot out of it. It is full of tips and tricks on how to make you a more competitive pistol shooter. What I liked best is how Evil Roy tells you how to practice at home and at the range. I would recommend it to all new shooters and those with some experience.

Excellent refresher video for hand and eye training. Best intro video for first time cowboy shooter. Skills training for no cost at home excercises especially valuable. Highly recommend.
