Excellent video! I started using the one rail banking and kicking system the video teaches and immediately my banking ability increased! I was making like 40% or less of my banks prior to this video and now 75% or more. Most of the ones I miss, I miss due to laziness(using my eye to judge). There are so many things in the videos I'm still working on some of them. Like anything the videos are not instant perfection, you must work on them. Especially the double and triple rail banks, etc... Great Videos! I totally recommend them to anyone working on kicking and banking! This is why I got the videos and they are awesome in that regard!
