He also explains/shows the Trigger Point locations and possible referrals for the muscles too. When a client comes in with pain, then you need to know what muscles to treat. It doesn't matter how much Trigger Point Therapy knowledge you have, this video will help you understand it better, and it will also give you many easy ways to remember them. This DVD is almost 2 hours long and its all lecture, while performing the techniques!

I'm a competitive weightlifter and ordered this to help with recovery from workouts. It was all gibberish to me. It may be useful to someone that has gone though massage school. He was speaking another language and never provided a low level explanation that a novice needs to understand anything in the video.
