The "Super Strength with Joe DeFranco" title was incredible. I have been getting incredible results using his templates. The video had lots of shots of athletes performing the lifts and gave a very detailed description of his templates. Highly recommend this to athletes looking to improve their strength. I am using this for myself as well as for my 13 son and 16 year old daughter.

Very good visual descriptions in this, however, without the exercise routine template that you would get if you bought the dvd instead of renting it, the viewer is still left to piece together a workout on there own.
