I enjoyed the DVD Jonathon Power put together and would recommend it to anyone who plays squash or is interested in playing the sport. The first DVD is more of an introductory piece with a bit of action thrown in the second part which is the next DVD goes into the meat of the sport. I wish I had seen this DVD when I first started playing squash.
