Not terrible, not great. The two guys in the video are a bit corny. I think they would have done better if they hadn't tried to make it a like a skit or tried to be humorous. Just present the info in an organized way ... hmmm like the Digidesign DVD.
There is some good info here though. One thing should have been left out entirely - the bonus mic material. They talk about a Royer 121 ribbon and a cheapo Studio Projects condenser and that's it! No mention of the Shure SM57, Neumanns, tube mics, small or large diaphrams, etc. This was one section in the DVD that was awful.
