...with Lia Baumeister-Jonker

Tatting how-to video: Chantilly Lace by Lia Baumeister-Jonker 5_bulb Review this video!

This presentation provides instruction in the techniques needed to make three edgings in Chantilly Lace plus a bookmark pattern for extra practice. Chantilly lace is a black silk point ground lace. The silk used for Chantilly is made with untwisted unboiled threads and, for the coarse pairs, untwisted boiled threads. Motifs in Chantilly are most often worked in half stitch plus other decorative stitches.

This 3 part DVD is excellent. The instruction is well given and the camera work is very good. I would recommend this DVD set to anyone interested in bobbin lace.
