Review this video!
Working in the wilds of Yorkshire, David draws and sketches waterfalls, bridges, barns and cottages in the wet, windswept dales. He then travels to the French Pyrenees to paint the rugged scenery of the high mountain peaks covered in snow and ice; even a few mountaineers. Finally, he chooses one of his sketches to work up into a full watercolor in his studio. The film is full of useful information and action-packed - as always he manages to have a few adventures along the way!

Very interesting use of line and color. I think some of the techniques might prove useful.
I think this is an excellent DVD. David Bellamy demonstrates several techniques. He does a picture with each technique he demonstrates. He crams a lot of information into an hour or so, however long the DVD is. I highly recommend it.
This was an excellent video with lots of useful information.
This felt more like a travel video than an art video. I came away with more questions than answers and would only recommend this if plein-air painting is your principal focus. A marginal amount of explanations make this one frustrating and this is mostly about watching an awesome artist doing his thing in rugged terrain.
