Disappointed. I really expected a little more detail. The meat of the instructional portion went very quickly and it wasn't really helpful. Seemed like a very short tape for waiting for it to arrive, and then only 12 minutes of viewing? How much can you really teach in 12 minutes and have half of the 12 minutes in advertising too? It's a shame, because this is really a great idea.
