The Santa Claus disks are very informative. He has a lot of experience and it shows. He has his own polymer clay. I bought some and plan to use it. I also rented the disk to make the clothes. Together I can now make the whole Santa Claus. Very professional. If you've wanted to make Santa, this 2 disk set will get y0ouou there.
I learned some new things from this dvd, and I think I shall be using some aspects of Jack Johnston's techniques in the future. I didn't much care for his mispronunciation/misidentification of some body parts, but there were only a few. The quality skipped a little, but not too bad.
Costuming my Art Dolls has been a challenge for me, since I'm not really a seamstress. There were some good construction techniques, especially pattern-making. My style of Art Doll *at this time* is better clothed by a different technique than Jack's, but if I change, I'll be prepared! Education is never wasted.
OK, this one I needed! And it was awful... probably not the content. There was a lot of good information, from what I could tell... but the quality was horrid. I gave up before it was over. I don't know how to rate this.
