If you're looking for a video that will show you various techniques for refinishing a stock, this video IS NOT not for you. But if you need complete information on using AGI's stock refinishing kit, this video IS for you. Although this video did not contain information on stock finishing options, it did contain tidbits that I'm sure will be of use no matter what stock refinishing technique you choose.
It was OK, I was looking for more dealing with old Military Rifle refining, but this was interesting.
Good primer on re-finishing a stock - worth a look if you are thinking about doing this project as a first-timer. I would like a little more specificity on the materials used and fewer time-compression cutaways.
I have checked out many technical videos on the internet and by far, the AGI videos I have rented from you are the best. The camera is well positioned, they have weapons that are cut out so you can see all the moving parts. I would recommend these videos to anyone serious about learning a subject and retaining what they have learned. You rating below goes from bad to good. I must say the videos are better than good.
Explained every detail. Very simple to follow. Could have gave some examples of the products used other than the "custom oil". For example brand or brands of Polish would he recommend. Don't let that discourage anyone from watching the video though.
If you can spell guntsock then you are more advanced than this video.
