Not one of my favorite videos, but it has a lot of useful information. It's a descent video for a beginning to intermediate level player
It had a lot of really good information. It presented a system for banking that was easy to understand but not as easy as monks to do(in my opinion), so I prefer monks system. I can see how some people might like it better though, depending on what type of person you are(visual, etc...). I think it's a good overall video that most people can get a lot out of. He covers a lot of areas in his video all the way from stance to a lot more advanced stuff. You definitely get your money's worth!
