Lots of clear, concise info and the video quality, arrangement and chapter layout are professional. HOWEVER.... the musical interludes, where the work is supposedly being done, are worse than awful. I think it was some producer's buddy's metallica garage band or something similar. It really detracts alot from the video itself, both in sheer loudness and listenability. I had my finger on the mute button every time I heard the music coming up.
