Of all Dan's videos, this may be the weakest set. While there is useful information, it seems that alot is missing. Acoustic setups are nowhere near as complicated as electrics, but I expected alot more. Still worth seeing, but not quite as impressive as his other videos.
I have always been afraid to do much to my acoustic guitars. I have several electric guitars and have made many attempts to setup and maintain them, but never my acoustics.
After seeing this DVD I feel much more informed an confident about doing some of the work myself.
A plus was having the artists come in and play a little as well as share their guitar setup.
The DVD caught me by surprise though because it was not ordered the way I thought it would be. I thought the DVD would be ordered like most books I've read on setup. It was nice that it wasn't. It was almost like having a conversation instead of instruction.
