This video is several years out of date. Today's top shooters do thing differently. It is a good introduction to the sport.
I really enjoyed this set of 2 videos. It's a good compliment to the Evil Roy Series. The videos show you how a cowboy match is run in addition to a lot of shooting tips. After you view these videos you'll have a good understanding of what you need to get started in Cowboy Action Shooting. I highly recommend these videos.
