Great video to learn some of the tricks used by the professionals. I have attended one of the Airbrush Action's workshops in Vegas and this was a good refresher and even had a few "extras" that I picked out. I would reccommend this video to anyone that is getting into the airbrush artform. Mickey
Great to see how some of these stencils are made and how the images come about. Would have loved it if more time was spent on rendering the skull image, but that gives me more room to practice. I would say that this is a must see for anyone interested in sprayin paint.
I enjoyed the video, Cross-Eyed is truly a Master of Airbrushing.
I found this video pretty entertaining but from a steep learning curve, I still have to say I didn't get a whole lot out of it, it only showed how to create the one stencil and even then there were not very many pointers. Maybe this is my opinion, but all and all it won't bore you. Cross eye always makes a great videos, Out of a scale from 1-100, I will give this a 73.
This is another one of the best airbrush videos I've rented. He goes through making a stencil from scratch so you could apply the techniques to anything you wanted to paint. Very useful.
This is an excellent DVD for the novice and experienced airbrush artist alike. Cross Eyed does a great job explaining how he modifies a life-like skull to look more menacing. He also explains the proper method of thinning and spraying Auto Air.
Great video overall. But from a beginner stand point very hard to follow the flow of the skull detailing they cut in and out a lot. But would recommend to anyone for good basis on use and production of stencils, and general concepts.
I didn't find this dvd to helpful. It was really short and I knew how to do what he did already, maybe for a beginner.
Cross-Eyed's laid back style of painting & narration really work here. This video MAY NOT be for beginners, but after learning airbrush fundamentals, it definitely should be one of the first 'technique' videos they rent.
The guy likes his skulls. I expected a little more on stencil variety.
