This is a fair to mediocre video. It's definitely not a video that keeps you in your chair. The announcer walks through a house and shows potential problem areas to look for when shopping for a home or preparing your home for sale. Most of it seems so obvious that you really don't need someone to tell you. For example, the video talked about making sure the burners work on the stove. I would call that common sense and not professional advice. I will say that, if you are a first-time home buyer, it would be a good video to rent.
I'm in the processing of buying a new home. This DVD is very helpful for things to look out for, and it's also helpful for getting the feel for how well maintained a house is.
