Avoid these, the valuable advice is far between. The presenter mostly goes around and points at obvious issues such as 'here is a loose stone on the step, that's not good' or 'there is weed here and we can't have that'. Very little here that actually is useful unless you've never seen a house before. Amateur feeling to it.
I agree with Nicholas P's review. Don't rent this DVD. You will not learn anything from it. You will be wasting your money on this rental.
