This video is a classic on couture sewing and still valuable. Even though I own her couture book, I learned valuable techniques.
I wish you had more sewing videos.
The tips were great and each one was new to me. Experienced sewers would not say the latter. I liked the button hole magic. I wished the file also included some PDF documents for illustration after viewing the video.

This is an awesome video. I learned so much that I cannot put it into words. I had to take notes all during the video and watch it again. Some of the topics covered where triangle bound buttonholes, how to insert a sleeve with foolproof gathering, interline garments, shaping facings prior to sewing them on, Spanish fly buttonholes, making sleeve heads and how to attach them, shoulder pads why you need them and how to make them.
If you are serious about taking your sewing skills to the next level and doing it correctly then this video is for you. If you just want to sew simple things and do it fast then this video is not for you.
I would not recommend this video to a beginner, because it would not make sense to that individual. This is a video for someone who has been sewing for awhile and wants to learn tailoring techniques. You won't be sorry you rented it.
