This video teaches the method of programming a modern CNC lathe control. It is based on the Fanuc method(6T-10T-11T-0T) of programming and covers examples for various typical lathe operations, such as turning, drilling and threading. Cutting examples, tool offset changes, along with programming typical part shapes are shown, each example is complete with all necessary calculations for depth of cuts, feedrates and speeds.
All examples are developed, explained and written on a blackboard as part of the video.
