I found this video to be informative. It’s entertaining and gives a good explanation of basic blacksmithing. The only complaint I would have is that the camera man didn't always know what to focus on and it was difficult to know what the blacksmith was talking about. I would also recommend Woodsmaster 9: Primitive Knifemaking if you’re interested in blacksmithing.

I found the subject matter and verbal presentation interesting. Unfortunately the video was so dark I couldn't see the demonstrations. I would rate this particular video unaceptable.
The tape is a bit primitive and there are so many questions left to be answered... A wasted segment on flint repair for an old firearm could have answered questions about smithing...
