Don't bother. A few good moments, but he mostly doesn't use the time well. Rushes through subjects that need more detail and belabours minor details.
If your totally unfamiliar with sushi, and it's etiquette, this isn't a bad video. I was hoping to learn how to make these at home, but the instructor was going too fast to be able to see what he was doing. Great information otherwise tho!!
