I enjoyed it very much. She is a lovely artist. I love her paintings. It was filled with a lot of information about technique, which I wanted to learn.
This DVD was a total delight! It was very easy to understand and give a lot of new tips for painters of all levels. I liked that it is bilingual (English and French). Furthermore it was in perfect condition!
Good, real good, now send the rest!! Thanks
This is an excellent DVD and I definitely recommend it. Several good tips are given, plus it's just really nice to watch a master pastelist start with a blank paper and create this amazing portrait right before your eyes.
A real good demo of pastel portraits. Thanks a lot. Usha
This artist is excellent...a totally different approach to what I've seen from other artists. But the initial sketch is a bit long and skipped some steps like painting the highlights and the hair.
This video was excellent! She is a very gifted artist and easy to follow.
She is a very good artist and had some very good points to make. I do not think this DVD is good for beginners. It is edited and it omitted some parts that, to me, were essential in any pastel instruction. As I was waiting to see how she did something, the next scene showed it already done. Since she does not use her fingers or a stump for blending, I really wanted to see how she laid the color down on the beard and the hair. This was still a good lesson.
Excellent presentation. Well worth viewing. Her techniques and tips were very useful.
Fabulous! Her drafting skills were amazing....she was able to articulate her process without distraction from the actual work. Her color choices, contrast and adjustments were flawless! I totally loved this DVD and watched it twice! Jene Rizzo
