Great video Peter certainly lays out all the techniques, traditional, and modern, transparents and opaques, in a clear and complete manner. Well worth viewing.

I enjoyed it thoroughly. The presentation is scripted and very well done - expressive, not droning. The techniques shared lend themselves particularly to Mr. McGrain's style of work, but there are enough specific examples and bits of advice that make much of the information transferable to other styles. I didn’t rent Lesson One because I’d already had experience with glass painting, and it was not a problem. However, if you don’t have any experience with glass paints, you’ll want to rent Lesson One to get the basics, like what kind of paints to use; how to mix the paints, etc. All told, I think Mr. McGrain is a good teacher and presenter and I’d recommend his videos.

It was good, but I had to watch it again, several times to soak it all in.

Did not explain all the products used and where to buy them, other then that, I like the artist and he made me want to give this a try someday.
