Master Gunsmith Robert Dunlap uses a rare Original Factory Cutaway pistol to reveal the intricate inner works of this revolutionary pistol design. The total disassembly and reassembly of this pistol can be intimidating. AGI shows you how step by step. This course is applicable to all models of the Glock even the new compact models 26 & 27. In addition to proper maintenance techniques you will also learn how to make this great pistol even more reliable.

Bob Dunlap is one of the very best instructors out there. I always enjoy the simple way he forces you to see the problem from the inside out.

The DVD was pretty complete in its coverage of the material. This DVD should be a must for new Glock owners.

Helpful as another Glock disassembly video but I prefer 'Making Glocks Rock' as it is more complete and is all in all a better video production.

No reflection on SmartFlix, but this video was terrible. Besides being outdated, the "instructor" actually knew less about Glocks than I do. And I've only owned and researched them for about three months. I ran out of fingers to count the number of times he posed a question and admitted not knowing the answer.

This obviously is not an official Glock Armorer's course, and I'd save your bucks and rent the reloading videos.

Good, basic, interesting information, not much detail. Maybe there is not much that you can do to enhance a Glock. Worth renting, but not worth buying at #30+.

This is an excellent video for any Glock owner. It goes in great detail about all aspects of taking down and cleaning, repairing, and accurizing your Glock. This video gives a detailed history, then goes into breaking down your Glock, taking all moving parts out of your Glock, then reassembling your Glock. The only thing more that could have been done was the removing of the rear and front sight and there is a special press needed for the removal of the rear sight, all other take down was done using pliers, a small screwdriver, and a punch. Overall very informative and straight to the point. I recommend this video without hesitation.

Content was good and easy to understand. Camera work could have been a little better since what the instructor was trying to show was blocked by his hands or camera angles. But on the whole very good

Lack of knowledge when it comes to the instructor explaining about the GLOCK pistol parts and the DO and DON'Ts of the pistol. Many times the instructor, Robert Dunlap, will be providing wrong information and details and you can see him doing the wrong testing like holding the slide in one hand and pulling the firing pin back over and over to the rearmost position and releasing it to make sure it works but what he doesn't understand is that this may damage the firing pin and/or firing pins safety. He also keeps referring to parts like "this thing goes here and that thing goes there" because he doesn't know the actual name of the parts. For a little bit he confused me when he was talking about a metal cube or a metal can?...later I realized he was referring to the "locking block" and this keeps going thru the whole assembly/disassembly process. Looks like Bob did a quick review of the Glock pistol before he decided to make this DVD. Because of this I would look into Lenny Magill's videos, Complete Glock or Mastering the Mini-Glock, both are head & shoulders above this AGI effort. If you are in the market for something more than the basics, skip or, better yet...stay away!!! from AGI's Glock series DVD's.

Fairly good intro course to the Glock pistol. Some scenes were a little difficult to see due to the placement in the weapon and the position of hands and camera, but overall a descent beginning to the study of the Glock.
