He demonstrates many techniques he uses in production, from various types of photo manipulation to hand painting methods. I loved this video. It really teaches a lot about landscape painting in photoshop, and he also covers technique that would be applicable for traditional painting as well. I learned a lot about light and atmospheric perspective - and it's just filled with tons of little tid bits.
