Shannon Hill couldn't possibly sound less excited about making inside out beads. He goes rather quickly through his demos, and doesn't always explain everything he's doing completely. It's one where you'll end up rewinding (it's all one chapter) multiple times to get everything. The beads he makes are beautiful and the camera does a good job of showing plenty of closeups. Porn-type music is an added bonus for your enjoyment. Chicka-chicka-oww-oww...
Definately for those with experience, great for beginners who want to see what is possible. My first experience with TVR - thanks! Valerie
These techniques would not be novel to an experienced boro worker, but if you are new to boro, or the inside out technique, then this video is really informative. I would, however, recommend that you at least know how to pull a point before renting. And, well, the music may drive you nuts. I think Shannon is plugging a friends band or something!
Not too bad. Agree that he could be a bit more excited about it.
Basic technique in pulling points would be helpful but was never given. I found his personality very boring also. He could have shown some enthusiasm for his art. After all, his art is gorgeous!! And the description "porno" music was right on!!
